Late cancellation fee
Changes in plans happen all the time, we know!
If the time no longer works for you, you can move the appointment to a different date or time, at no additional charge.
If you no longer want to have cleaning performed, it is important to cancel early. This helps the cleaner fill their schedule with new bookings.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment starts, a fee will be charged to compensate the cleaner for lost income. This does not apply to requests that have the status Unconfirmed.
Fee: 50% of appointment price, excluding taxes
Time limit: Less than 48 hours before the appointment starts
